Many of our regular service practices are industry leading and proprietary. We guarantee that if you follow all of our recommendations, your pool and spa will be algae free while in our care, and ready to swim at any time, or we fix it for free(barring any unforeseen catastrophic equipment failure, or acts of God such as storms, lightning strikes, floods, landslides, etc.)
Most pools require a green-to-clean once every few years if the equipment isn't maintained, and chemistry isn't kept in balance, by a professional. One of these treatments can run upwards of $1000. We use bleeding edge technology to send you a complete service report with photos, chemistry readings and dosages, and a completed task-list after every visit.

We understand trust is earned over time. To aid in that, we send service reports after every service which details what tasks were performed, what the chemical readings were, what dosages were added, and system pressure. We also include photos in this report, so even when you're out of town you can trust that your pool is in sparkling, picture perfect condition.

In general, green pools are due to an imbalance in your pools chemistry. You can take a sample of pool water to any local Leslie's for a test and possible solutions. However, some solutions recommended may cause more harm than good. It is always a good idea to contact a pool professional for at least a consultation.
"Shocking" and "shock" are pool jargon terms that simply refer to chlorinizor or directly chlorinating a pool. Tabs are an indirect way to chlorinate your pool, whereas granular cal-hypo or liqiud chlorine are direct ways to introduce chlorine into the water, referred to as "shocking".
At Picture Perfect Pool Services we have multiple service options to accommodate all your pool needs. Due to the varied nature of the clients we service, it is hard to give a "one size fits all" answer. However, our rates start at $115/month + chemicals (with a Picture Perfect specialty discount!). When was your filtration system last serviced?
If your pool pump is your pool's heart beat, your filter is it's liver. If you haven't had the filter serviced in over 6 months, or worse are unsure of when it was last done, give us a call before your beautiful oasis turns into a swamp!
